Mechanical Assembler Job Details:
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday (Overtime may be available)
1st and 2nd shift opportunities available
Pay Rate: Starting Rate: $22.00 - $28.00/Hour, based on experience.

Mechanical Assembler Job Description:
- Assemble heavy industrial equipment using hand tools, power tools, blueprints, prints, and work instructions
- Perform mechanical builds from the ground up including parts, frames, sub-assemblies, and final machine assembly
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and measurements accurately
- Install and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, hoses, fittings, and pressure settings
- Complete low and high-voltage point-to-point wire connections using electrical schematics
- Perform MIG welding on various metal thicknesses as needed
- Use precision measuring tools and tape measures to ensure quality builds
- Test machinery and equipment to verify proper performance and function
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and assist with rigging machinery when needed
- Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards throughout the build process
Mechanical Assembler Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in mechanical assembly, machine building, industrial maintenance, or similar hands-on manufacturing roles
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power tools
- Experience with hydraulics and electrical assembly strongly preferred
- MIG welding experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in an active manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or GED preferred
