Estimator/Sales Job Details:
Schedule: Monday – Friday (occasional evenings/weekends based on client needs)
Competitive Base salary + commission (based on experience)

Estimator/Sales Job Description:
- Meet with residential and/or commercial clients to assess painting project needs
- Prepare accurate estimates, bids, and proposals based on project scope
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and submitted estimates to close business
- Coordinate with operations/painting crews to ensure project expectations are met
- Maintain records of sales activity, estimates, and customer communications
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales cycle
Estimator/Sales Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, estimating, or construction/painting industry preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read job scopes, take measurements, and create detailed estimates
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
- Basic computer skills (email, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)
