Delivery Driver
Location: Norfolk/Hampton Roads, VA
Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(Occasional overtime required; may include early mornings or later evenings)
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Non-CDL Driver to complete daily deliveries throughout the Hampton Roads area and to the USPS post office. This is a direct‑hire opportunity with full benefits. The position also supports warehouse operations when not driving. The ideal candidate has experience operating box trucks, maintains a clean driving record, and is comfortable with physical and warehouse-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily deliveries within Hampton Roads and to the USPS post office
- Safely operate box trucks ranging from 16 ft to 26 ft
- Load and unload deliveries using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Prep mail pallets and assist with warehouse duties when not on delivery routes
- Ensure timely, accurate deliveries and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Follow company safety procedures and performance standards
Requirements
- Non-CDL driver with at least 3 years of clean driving record
- Prior experience driving 16 ft–26 ft box trucks
- Forklift and pallet jack experience required
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Professional attitude with clean and neat appearance
- Ability to pass a background check

Additional Information
