Shift: 6 PM – 6:15AM (Training schedule; moves to 12-hour shifts once fully trained) Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

What You’ll Do
As a Material Handler, you are the heartbeat of the facility, ensuring the production floor never runs out of what it needs. While this is primarily an equipment-based role, you’ll stay active by assisting with manual tasks as needed.
Operate Standing Electric Forklifts: Safely transport materials and supplies between the warehouse and production zones.
Support Production: Assist with manual handling, picking, packing, and moving products.
General Labor: Help keep the workflow moving by adding lids, cleaning work areas, and maintaining a safe environment.
Safety First: Follow all company protocols to ensure you and your teammates stay safe.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: You must have previous experience operating a standing electric forklift.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay moving in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Reliability: We value a strong attendance record. We need people who are dependable and show up ready to work.
Coachability: You are willing to learn new systems and take on various tasks to support the team’s success.
Position Highlights
Breaks: 30-minute unpaid lunch plus three paid 15-minute breaks per shift.
Dress Code: Casual and functional (Jeans, t-shirt, and closed-toe shoes).
Background/Drug Screen: Required for all candidates.
