Join Our Team as a Production Lead!
Are you a natural leader with a "safety-first" mindset and an eye for detail? We are looking for a high-energy Production Lead to help drive our manufacturing floor toward excellence. In this role, you’ll be the right hand to the Production Supervisor, ensuring our lines run smoothly, our people stay safe, and our food products meet the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do
Drive Efficiency: Monitor production lines to ensure continuous flow, minimal downtime, and maximum output.
Lead the Team: Assign tasks, provide hands-on training, and motivate your crew to exceed performance standards.
Master the Machinery: Set up and adjust Video Jet printers, manage hopper flow, and execute efficient product changeovers.
Uphold Quality: Ensure strict adherence to SQF, GMP, and HACCP standards. You’ll be the final eyes on lot codes, labels, and product integrity.
Prioritize Safety: Lead by example by enforcing PPE usage and Lockout/Tagout procedures to keep everyone safe.
Problem Solve: Make quick, sound decisions under pressure to resolve line issues and minimize waste.
What You Bring
Experience: At least 1–2 years in food manufacturing and minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Technical Savvy: Comfort working with date coders, printers, and production data tracking (digital or paper-based).
Leadership Style: A positive attitude, fairness, and the ability to coach others toward success.
Reliability: You are punctual, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of your shift.
