Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Front Office / Customer Service Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, delivers exceptional customer service, and can effectively manage multiple priorities throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, dispatching calls throughout the facility
- Coordinate customer requests with operations staff for boat movements
- Maintain boat storage lease agreements and insurance documentation
- Perform general office and administrative duties
- Process over-the-counter sales transactions accurately
- Maintain inventory records and assist with inventory control
- Manage daily tasks efficiently based on the facility’s schedule
Qualifications & Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills, both over the phone and in person, with customers and internal departments
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
- Must have service writing experience
