About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Detailer to join our team. This role focuses on making large trucks and vehicles look pristine—inside and out. If you take pride in your work, have an eye for detail, and enjoy working in a hands-on environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Exterior Detailing: Perform thorough washes, waxing, and polishing, including specialized aluminum brightening.
- Interior Detailing: Deep clean and recondition vehicle interiors—upholstery, carpets, vinyl, and leather surfaces.
- Paint & Finish: Correct paint imperfections and deliver a showroom-quality finish.
- Equipment Use: Operate detailing tools, waxes, and cleaning agents safely and effectively.
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are returned to designated areas before leaving each day.
- Physical Demands: Work outdoors in varying weather conditions; frequent standing and movement required.
- Ensure that bays remain clean at all times between jobs and between equipment movements in and out of the detail bays.
Requirements & Qualities
- Strong attention to detail and pride in creating exceptional vehicle appearances.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong work ethic.
- Prior detailing experience preferred, especially with large vehicles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
