About the Maintenance Mechanic Role:
We are seeking skilled and dependable Maintenance Mechanics to support our manufacturing operations. This role is essential to ensuring equipment reliability, production efficiency, and a safe working environment.
Maintenance Mechanic Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine preventative mechanical and electrical maintenance and perform required safety checks on production equipment
Use hand tools and machine tools to maintain, repair, adjust, and set up equipment
Identify mechanical issues and perform repairs promptly; escalate complex issues when needed
Perform scheduled mechanical and electrical preventative maintenance
Complete difficult repairs, set-ups, and rebuilds on multiple types of machinery
Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing environment preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics
Basic understanding of electrical systems is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
