Shipping Clerk Job Details:
- Pay Rate: $18-21/hr
- Schedule: Monday– Friday 7a-3:30p
- Job Type: Full-Time; Temp to perm
- Location: Nazareth, PA
Shipping Clerk Responsibilities:
- Process all incoming and outgoing shipments using UPS WorldShip, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping requests.
- Prepare, process, and manage shipping documentation, including UPS labels, Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, invoices, and international shipping paperwork.
- Schedule and coordinate daily pickups with UPS, FedEx, LTL/TL carriers, and freight forwarders for domestic and international shipments.
- Utilize UPS WorldShip to rate shipments, generate tracking numbers, manage shipment history, and resolve address or labeling issues.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy within ERP systems such as Oracle, QuickBooks, or SAP.
- Pick, pack, stage, and move materials to and from loading docks, ensuring compliance with UPS shipping standards and safe handling practices.
Shipping Clerk Requirements:
- Hands-on experience using UPS WorldShip required, including label creation, shipment processing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong working knowledge of UPS shipping procedures, service levels, and tracking systems.
- Experience coordinating shipments with UPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers.
- Familiarity with domestic and international shipping documentation preferred.
