Assembler Job Details:
- Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 1:00 PM–11:30 PM (training M-F 6-2:30 flexible)
- Pay Rate: $18 + $1.50 Shift Dif
- Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to- Hire
- Location: Easton, PA
Assembler Responsibilities:
- Assemble small metal components according to work instructions and specifications
- Operate forming machines to shape metal parts to required size and angles
- Carefully position components into fixtures or molds before machine operation
- Activate machine controls to perform shaping processes
- Measure finished parts to ensure accuracy in size, angles, etc
- Inspect parts for quality and identify defects or inconsistencies
Assembler Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with precision
- Basic measurement and math skills
- Ability to handle small parts comfortably
