Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm
Salary: $50,000 to 55,000/year
Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Description include:
- Daily invoicing of company sales
- Daily check deposits
- Daily review of aging reports and contact with customers that have past due balances
- Provide customer service regarding payments issues, refunds and collection resolutions
- Process and review account adjustments, resolve account discrepancies and short payments
- Submit collection notices and payment reminders to customers with overdue accounts
Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills via phone and email
- Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortability in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to problem solve independently and works well in a team setting
