We are seeking a reliable and experienced Stand-Up Forklift / Order Picker Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is essential to maintaining efficient inventory flow, accurate order fulfillment, and a safe, organized warehouse environment.
Essential Functions:
- Pick orders according to operational needs
- Use barcoding systems to label, track, put away, pick, and pack inventory
- Put away incoming freight, completed shop production, returns, and back-to-stock items
- Assist with special projects, warehouse layout changes, and inventory movement
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, including proper disposal of recyclable and non-recyclable materials
- Participate in cross-training across all warehouse functions
- Assist with cycle counts and annual inventory counts
- Follow all company and OSHA safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of company-issued machinery and tools
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Warehouse experience or a combination of education and experience
- Stand-Up Forklift experience required
- Comfortable working at heights
- Experience using a scan gun
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
