Production/Forklift Operator – Construction/Yard Labor
Location: Bristol, PA
Pay Rate: $18-20+/hr (based on experience)
Shift Options: Overtime Required
First Shift Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (10‑12hour shift)
Second Shift Mon–Fri, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (10‑12hour shift)
About the Role
We are hiring Production/Forklift Operators (Construction/Yard Labor) to support a construction materials facility specializing in bagging powdered concrete. This is a hands‑on role involving yard work, forklift operation, bagging machine operation, and general labor in both indoor and outdoor environments. Ideal for dependable candidates who enjoy physical work, long shifts, and overtime opportunities.
Production/Forklift Operator – Construction/Yard Labor Key Responsibilities:
Operate production and bagging equipment to package powdered concrete mixes
Perform general labor tasks in the yard and warehouse, including loading/unloading materials
Safely operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment
Stage, move, and store materials and finished goods
Assist with batching, bagging, stacking, palletizing, and cleanup
Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE at all times
Cross‑train in multiple work areas and rotate positions every 2 hours
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Perform other duties as directed by supervisors
Production/Forklift Operator – Construction/Yard Labor Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 lbs- General Labor
Comfortable working inside and outside in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation
Forklift experience preferred
Must wear PPE: steel‑toe boots and long pants (company provides hard hat, vest, gloves, safety glasses)
