Job Responsibilities for Senior Admin Assistant:
Calendar management for the team, scheduling for internal and external meetings, and preparation of agendas, minutes, and required materials
Review and manage expenses
Manage and maintain documentation
Serve as the key point of contact to internal employees as well as external partners, customers and vendors who interact with the team
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
Job Requirements for Senior Admin Assistant:
Bachelor's Degree required
3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role. Ideal background is supporting an Engineering department
Strong knowledge of computer and technology skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Suite
Must be a self-starter who demonstrates the ability to work independently
Must demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
