Role Summary
We’re hiring a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through outbound sales, pipeline development, and retention of existing clients. This is a full‑time role ideal for a self‑starter who excels at outreach, relationship‑building, and consultative selling, with most time spent prospecting, managing accounts, and meeting clients rather than sitting in an office.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound calls, email campaigns, and digital outreach
- Prospect and close new business while nurturing and retaining existing client accounts
- Conduct client meetings and occasional on‑site visits to deepen relationships and expand business
- Present and sell webinar and professional development solutions to decision‑makers
- Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline updates, and client notes in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed quarterly KPIs tied to revenue, pipeline growth, and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, renewals, and post‑sale support
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage pipeline, and close deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills
- Experience using CRM and sales tools
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently in a hybrid role
