Outbound Shipping Coordinator
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $19.00 per hour
Location: Sayreville, NJ
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Outbound Shipping Coordinator to support our logistics operations. This role is critical to ensuring the accurate and timely shipment of products to our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations and will work closely with internal teams to maintain inventory accuracy and resolve shipping issues efficiently.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- This is an on-site position; remote work is not available
- Candidates must be available for in-person interviews
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure efficient daily operations
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve shipping-related issues promptly
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce operational costs
