Crofton, MD
Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – Finish (typically around 4:00 PM)
$20.00/hour (based on experience)
Full-Time | Overtime Mandatory When Needed

What You’ll Be Doing as a Customer Service & Warehouse Representative:
Customer Service (Approx. 50%)
*
Welcome and assist walk-in and call-in customers with a friendly, professional demeanor
*
Accurately enter and manage customer orders using Microsoft Office and/or QuickBooks
*
Provide product information and support, resolving questions or issues efficiently
*
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front counter and customer service area
Warehouse Operations (Approx. 50%)
*
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
*
Operate specialized equipment to fabricate custom-length K-style gutters (training provided)
*
Load and unload trucks; safely move products using a sit-down forklift
*
Conduct cycle counts, restock inventory, and ensure warehouse cleanliness
*
Support daily shipping, receiving, and inventory management tasks
What We’re Looking For in a Customer Service & Warehouse Representative:

Reliable and punctual – consistent attendance is a must
*
Detail-oriented – takes pride in getting it right the first time
*
Positive and team-minded – works well with others and ready to learn
*
Comfortable in a physically active, blue-collar environment
*
Experience with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is preferred
*
Forklift experience (sit-down) a plus – or willing to be trained
*
Previous warehouse experience including picking, packing, and basic inventory
*
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
