Job Details for Office Claims Assistant:
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, ½ break
- $18/HR
- Casual Dress Code
- 8+ week assignment with potential to go permanent
- Weekly pay
Job Responsibilities for Office Claims Assistant:
- Sorts and opens large quantities of mail/claims
- Prepares documents for scanning
- Verifies data in the software system
- Enters return mail into database
- Email correspondence
- Mails notices to claimants
- Answers phones in a courteous and professional manner
Job Requirements for Office Claims Assistant:
- Microsoft Excel experience required
- Minimum of 2 years in a related position
- Finance/claims experience is a plus but not required
