What you’ll do as a Quality Manager:
• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
• Lead regular quality audits to evaluate compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, identifying areas for improvement.
• Manage quality control processes including inspections, testing, and validation to ensure product consistency and safety.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to establish robust quality assurance protocols that prevent defects and optimize product quality.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process enhancements.
• Facilitate training sessions on quality systems, regulatory updates, and best practices for staff at all levels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging project management skills to implement corrective actions effectively.
Qualifications for the Quality Manager:
• Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a strong focus on quality management systems (ISO 9001) standards.
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting thorough quality audits and inspections across diverse production processes.
• Extensive knowledge of quality control techniques, quality assurance methodologies, and quality systems integration.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent project management capabilities to lead cross-functional teams through process improvements and compliance initiatives.
