Job Training Instructor
Pay: $23–$24/hour
Schedule: Tues–Thurs 8am–5pm, Fri 8am–3pm (1‑hour lunch) — 30 hours/week
About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Literacy Instructor to teach adult learners essential computer and workplace skills, including MS365, Windows navigation, data entry, and professional communication. This role is hands‑on, mission‑driven, and focused on supporting adults with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach digital literacy, business communication, and assistive technology
- Adapt lessons for varied learning styles
- Maintain and update curriculum materials
- Manage classroom technology and create an inclusive environment
- Track attendance and student progress
- Support outreach activities such as open houses and recruitment events
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to support diverse learners
- Commitment to empowering adults with disabilities
Preferred:
- Experience teaching adults or in corporate training
- Bilingual skills
- Assistive technology knowledge
- Basic tech troubleshooting
