Pre‑Litigation Case Manager

As a key player in the pre‑litigation process, you’ll guide clients through treatment, coordinate with providers and insurance carriers, and help prepare cases for demand and settlement. Your work ensures clients feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

What You’ll Do
- Manage a caseload of 60+ active pre‑litigation personal injury files
- Maintain organized, accurate, and up‑to‑date case documentation
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather facts, and outline next steps
- File claims and work directly with insurance carriers to verify coverage and request policy limits
- Schedule and coordinate PIP statements and applications
- Build strong working relationships with medical providers and treatment partners
- Request, track, and follow up on medical records and bills
- Review medical records, police reports, and supporting documentation
- Support clients with property damage claims, medical funding/loan needs, and lost wage documentation
- Prepare cases for demand drafting and settlement review
