Overview
We are seeking a high‑level administrative professional to support both development and procurement functions. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent documentation accuracy, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments on time‑sensitive projects. The ideal candidate has experience with procurement processes, preferably with state or public-sector guidelines, and some exposure to property development or construction-related workflows.

Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay: $18+/hr depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with procurement activities including preparing documentation, collecting bids, tracking vendor correspondence, and ensuring compliance with applicable procurement standards.
- Support development projects by organizing project files, tracking timelines, and coordinating communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Review, verify, and maintain documentation related to contracts, purchase orders, vendor information, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and project updates for leadership review.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure required paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with construction‑related administrative tasks such as tracking progress updates, compiling inspection reports, and maintaining development records.
- Provide high‑level administrative support including scheduling, meeting coordination, correspondence drafting, and document preparation.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to support the procurement and development workflow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in procurement, contract administration, or purchasing (public‑sector experience strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with state procurement guidelines, RFP/RFQ processes, or compliance-based purchasing.
- Administrative background supporting development, construction, real estate, or property management is highly desired.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and work efficiently in a structured environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
