Job Details for Senior Corporate Paralegal:
- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
- $80k-$110K based on experience
- Hybrid schedule!
Job Responsibilities for Senior Corporate Paralegal:
- Alongside in-house counsel, coordinate and prepare board meeting materials and related policies and documents
- Alongside in-house counsel, prepare and submit SEC filings and forms in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist with contract drafting, review, and management
- Handle subsidiary corporate filings and annual reports with state and local authorities
- Maintain corporate records and entity management databases
- Conduct legal research and support compliance initiatives
Job Requirements for Senior Corporate Paralegal:
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required
- 10+ years of relevant corporate paralegal experience.
- Previous experience with subsidiary management matters and subsidiary organizational documents
- Previous experience with Board and Executive Management; familiarity with the Board Book and Board Calendar processes
- Must pass background check, education verification and credit check
