Extrusion Operator
Location: East Greenville, PA
Pay: $23-25
Shift Options:
2-2-3 schedule, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Extrusion Operator Responsibilities
Set up and operate blown film extrusion equipment to meet production and quality standards
Monitor extrusion processes and product quality and troubleshoot/make adjustments as needed
Perform in-process quality testing and document results
Complete job changeovers and prepare equipment for upcoming production runs
Follow all safety, GMP, SQF, and plant policies
Perform routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Extrusion Operator Requirements
Manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and basic hand tools
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
