NOW: HIRING HR GENERALIST IN PHILADELPHIA
We are hiring an HR Generalist with 3–5 years of experience to support daily HR operations in our Center City office. This is a Monday–Friday, standard business hours role. Candidates must have 3–5 years of union experience, strong HRIS skills (ADP preferred), and a Bachelor’s degree or SHRM certification.
Schedule: M-F, stanadard business hours
Pay: $35 an hour
Location: Center City Philadlephia
Responsibilities
Support employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR processes
Maintain HRIS records and assist with reporting (ADP preferred)
Ensure compliance with union contracts and support labor‑related matters
Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and policy interpretation
Support benefits administration and recruitment activities
Requirements
3–5 years HR Generalist experience
3–5 years union experience (required)
HRIS experience; ADP preferred
Bachelor’s degree or SHRM certification (required)
Strong communication and organizational skills
