Location: Souderton, PA
Pay: $20–$21/hr + Shift Differential
Schedule: Monday–Friday • 1st or 2nd Shift • OT Available
Fabrication Mechanic Job Overview
We are seeking a Fabrication Mechanic to operate metal fabrication equipment, read blueprints, and support daily production in a clean and safety‑focused manufacturing environment.
Fabrication Mechanic Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Work with precision measurements and metal materials
Operate metal fabrication equipment (band saw, table saw, brake press, drill press, grinder, punch press, etc.)
Perform setups, production runs, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality
Follow all PPE and safety requirements
Fabrication Mechanic Requirements
1+ year of fabrication, machining, or mechanical assembly experience
Ability to read blueprints
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Reliable, strong communicator, and able to work independently
High school diploma or GED
Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Must pass full background check and 10‑panel drug screen
