We are hiring a DAS Foreman to lead on‑site crews for in‑building wireless installations across MD/DC/VA. This role requires hands‑on DAS experience and the ability to manage field teams, ensure quality installs, and serve as the primary on‑site contact. This is a fulltime role Monday through Friday with pay around $32 an hour based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support crews on new DAS deployments, upgrades, and integration
- Serve as the on‑site customer/site representative point of contact
- Provide hands‑on help with installation, terminations, testing, and certification
- Ensure work meets design documents, safety standards, and company policies
- Coordinate with Project Management to resolve issues and keep projects on track
- Complete site paperwork, closeout photos, and as‑built documentation
- Travel required across MD/DC/VA; occasional nights or out‑of‑town work
Required DAS Experience:
- 5+ years in cellular DAS installations (must-have)
- Ability to read floor plans, construction drawings, and design documents
- Experience with coax and fiber termination
- Familiar with Sweep, PIM, and OTDR testing (certs a plus)
- Proven ability to lead field crews on DAS projects
