Our office is currently partnered with a leading company in Nazareth, PA in their search for a Warehouse Supervisor.
Job Details:
- Pay Rate: $60,000/year
- Schedule: Sunday– Friday 8a-4:30p
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Nazareth, PA
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to improve workflow efficiency
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards to promote a safe work environment
- Manage team performance through training, coaching, and employee development initiatives
- Oversee materials handling processes to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely movement of goods
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper operation and maintenance
- Collaborate with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize distribution and delivery strategies
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong understanding of workplace safety and OSHA standards
- Ability to train, coach, and lead a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
- Bilingual- Spanish
