This role manages daily shipping operations, prepares orders, coordinates carriers, and maintains documentation to support smooth logistics and excellent customer satisfaction.

Location: Hatfield, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Pay Rate: $17-$18/hour

Shipping Specialist Job Description:
Pick, pack, and ship parts, products, and machinery for domestic and international orders
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all outgoing shipments
Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments according to company standards and carrier requirements.
Collaborate with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to resolve shipping issues or delays.
Track shipments proactively and communicate status updates to internal teams or customers.
Shipping Specialist Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with shipping software, ERP systems, and carrier platforms.
General knowledge of shipping practices and operations
Able to lift at least 25 pounds
