Ocean Export Coordinator Job Description:
- Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain accurate export and import documentation in compliance with international regulations.
- Shipping Oversight: Coordinate and monitor the entire export process, including scheduling shipments and tracking deliveries.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse teams, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed on international trade laws, tariffs, and customs requirements to avoid delays and penalties.
Ocean Export Coordinator Job Requirements:
- Proven background in international freight export and import operations.
