Title: Refinance Coordinator
Location: Marlton, NJ 08053
Type: 6-12 month contract (possibility of converting to full-time)
Pay: $25-30/hr
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Refinance Title Processor to join our Refi Team. This role supports a fast-paced workflow and ensures accurate, compliant, and timely preparation of all closing-related documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Balance Closing Disclosures (CDs) with lenders
- Clear title conditions and review supporting documentation
- Interpret and understand title commitments
- Schedule borrower closings and coordinate with remote closers
- Process lender-requested revisions to title commitments
- Collaborate with internal teams, lenders, and closing partners to ensure smooth transactions
Requirements
- Experience with Closing Disclosures and/or the title process (NJ and/or PA experience preferred)
- Knowledge of SoftPro strongly preferred
- Knowledge of mortgages and real estate a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple files
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
