Job Overview:
PeopleShare is seeking an Assembler to join a manufacturing team in Virginia Beach. This role involves assembling products on the production floor to meet customer specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, laminate, and fasten products using hand tools
- Fold and pack cartons; stack and strap goods
- Perform quality checks and complete required documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety and efficiency standards
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Experience in assembly or reading blueprints preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
