Position Overview:
As an Employee Benefits Advisor, you will develop new small-to-mid-market employee benefits clients and maintain your book of business. You’ll act as a trusted consultant to business owners and executives, providing innovative, cost-effective benefits solutions that help companies attract and retain top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development through networking, cold calling, and strategic partnerships
- Qualify leads and present proposals using a proven consultative sales process
- Close new business accounts with mentorship from experienced producers
Qualifications:
- Proven B2B outside sales experience with a consultative approach
- Strong networking skills and ability to build a client base
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Willingness to obtain VA state insurance license within 30 days (company-supported)
- Local to Virginia Beach, VA
