Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
Pay: $45,000 annually ($21.63/hr)
Are you a motivated communicator with a knack for building relationships and helping customers find exactly what they need? A leading manufacturer and distributor is looking for an energetic Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Reading, PA!
What You’ll Do
Engage with inbound leads and existing customers via phone and email
Provide product information, quotes, and order support
Build strong customer relationships through responsive, solution-focused service
Work closely with our operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth order flow
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
