Machine Operator Job Details:
Schedule: Hiring Second Shift (3 PM - 11 PM) and Third Shift (11 PM - 7 AM) - Will train on First shift (7 AM - 3 PM)
Pay Rate: $20/Hour

Machine Operator Job Description:
- Performs all duties in a safe manner including working on and running cold former, wire drawer, RMG uncoiler and general manufacturing environment.
- Understands product features and can determine good part from bad part.
- Verifies product meets acceptance criteria on manufacturing print using a micrometer, optical comparator, vision check out machine, overlay, pin gage or other devices along with visual criteria using an eye loupe/magnification.
- Verifies correct raw material is being utilized to produce product.
- Learns machine terminology and utilizes knowledge for development.
- Troubleshoot, remove, repair and replace machine tools to produce quality product.
- Detects and reports faulty machine operation, defective material and equipment, drawing discrepancies and other conditions to team leader, supervisor.
- Segregate, document and control non-conforming product.
- Inspects parts from machine as per standardized process to verify product acceptance prior to dumping parts into larger container.
- Logs on and off time in log-book.
