Production Associate – Temp to Hire
Location: Morgantown, PA
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, alternating schedule (must arrive by 5:45 AM for pre-shift meeting)
Pay Rate: $18.51/hr + $40 weekly Perfect Attendance Bonus
Start Date: ASAP
Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor automated production machines
Perform visual quality checks on containers and lids
Package and tape boxes; load onto pallets for shipping
Handle materials safely using pallet jacks
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols (no nail polish, fake eyelashes, etc.)
Requirements
Must have a valid driver’s license (no ride-sharing or carpooling allowed)
No felony convictions (background check required)
Ability to stand on concrete floors for the entire shift
Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform frequent bending, stooping, and twisting
Must wear steel toe boots (lab jacket, hairnet, and hearing protection provided)
No cell phone use permitted on the floor
Excellent attendance and punctuality required
