Position: Machining Specialist (Versatile Machinist) – Part-Time
Schedule: 20–30 hours/week, flexible
Pay: $30–$35/hr, up to $40/hr for the ideal candidate

Responsibilities:
Operate manual machine tools (mills, lathes, grinders, saws, drills) to manufacture custom machines and robotic systems
Perform assembly and basic wiring
Provide input during design reviews and support project quoting
Mentor team members on machining best practices
Minimal travel for on-site installations
Requirements:
5+ years experience with manual machining tools
Skilled in precision machining, setup, operation, and maintenance
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
Hands-on, practical experience valued over a degree
Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
