Schedule: Monday to Friday, some Saturdays
Pay Rate: $20/hour

Answer incoming calls from customers
Address questions about services and facilitate financial transactions
Provides support to customers in accessing online and web based software
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
High School diploma required
Previous customer service experience required
