Customer Service Representative Job Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
Pay Rate: $40,000/year plus commission
Customer Service Representative Job Description:
Make 75–100 outbound calls per day to interested customers
Use provided scripts to guide conversation and share program information
Secure customer agreement and transition to next stage in the process
Answer customer questions and address concerns
Maintain detailed records of all calls
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
Previous customer service experience required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
