We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our team in the production and repair of medical and dental instruments and devices. This role is ideal for someone with strong initiative, technical aptitude, and the ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Assembler Job Details:
Schedule: 1st and 2nd Shifts Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $15-$18/hour

Assembler Job Description:

Disassemble and repair customer returns.
Collaborate with technicians and engineers to develop process procedures.
Ensure all safety measures are followed, including ergonomic practices.
Monitor free stock levels to maintain a consistent supply of materials.
Troubleshoot and rework assemblies as needed.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Demonstrate strong initiative and adaptability in both independent and team settings

Assembler Job Description:

Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or repair preferred.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
