📍 Location: Princeton, NJ
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
💵 Pay: $30–$32/hr (up to $35/hr for exceptional candidates)
📄 Contract: 4–6 months with potential for permanent conversion
🏢 Work Arrangement: Fully In-Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients; maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
- Manage office facilities, seating arrangements, and common spaces.
- Coordinate building maintenance, service providers, and vendor relationships.
- Oversee office supplies, kitchen stock, and weekly Bagel Wednesday.
- Answer phones and ensure no sales opportunities are missed.
- Plan and execute office events, outings, and employee engagement activities.
- Support senior management with internal meetings and onsite client visits.
- Handle shipping and receiving (including international parcels), purchase orders, and expense tracking.
- Troubleshoot office issues and liaise with IT support (Finance and IT are offsite).
- Maintain office equipment and schedule repairs as needed.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in office management or similar role.
- Technically savvy; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to take ownership of office operations.
- Professional, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexible, motivated, and a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay above office gossip and maintain a positive culture.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with NetSuite and Concur software.
- Background in global companies.
- Event planning and employee engagement experience (highly preferred).
- Familiarity with Perceptiv (bonus).
