We are hiring 2nd Shift Manufacturing Associates for a long‑term, temp‑to‑hire opportunity with a well‑established manufacturing facility. This role offers on‑the‑job training, steady growth, and a supportive environment focused on quality and safety.
Schedule & Pay
Training: 6:00am–2:30pm (1–3 weeks)
After Training: 2:30pm–1:00am, Monday–Thursday
Pay: $17.50/hr during training, $18.50/hr once moved to 2nd shift
Overtime available
Responsibilities
Perform secondary machining operations on tooling and production parts
Set up and operate lathes, grinders, drill presses, and other equipment
Read and interpret prints, sketches, and shop orders
Inspect parts to maintain tolerances and quality standards
Clean, lubricate, and maintain machines
Handle incoming and outgoing materials, molds, and parts
Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and scales
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation
Experience with hand tools, machine tools, and measuring tools
Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, charts, drawings)
