Role: Outbound Shipping Coordinator
Location: Sayreville, NJ
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19/hr
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Outbound Shipping Coordinator to join our team. In this essential role, you will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers. You’ll coordinate outbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and work closely with multiple departments to keep operations running smoothly. This is an on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate outbound shipments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
Maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand
Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams for efficient workflow
Troubleshoot and resolve shipping-related issues quickly
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and reduce costs
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills and ability to perform well under pressure
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
