🕒 Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
💵 Pay: $18/hr
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Binder Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have prior paper production or bindery experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
✨ Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor binder machines
Maintain quality and accuracy of finished materials
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
Work collaboratively with production team members
✨ Requirements:
Previous paper production or bindery experience required
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy materials
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
