Mailroom & Copy Center Associate
Full-Time | Onsite | $19/hr
Location: Roseland, NJ (Free onsite parking)
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mailroom & Copy Center Associate to support daily office operations in a professional business environment. This role focuses on copy/print production, mail handling, scanning, and customer service support.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $19.00/hr- Weekly pay on Fridays!
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 pm EST
Dress Code: Professional business casual
Key Responsibilities
Operate high-volume copiers, printers, scanners, and related office equipment
Perform document copying, scanning, binding, finishing, and quality checks
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues (e.g., clearing paper jams)
Mailroom & Shipping Support
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and faxes
Prepare outgoing mail, apply postage, and process shipments
Maintain shipping logs, postage machine records, and supply inventory
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Copy/print or mailroom experience required
Strong customer service skills and professional communication
Proficiency with computers and MS Office
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and spend extended time standing/walking
Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is strongly preferred
Technical aptitude with printers and office equipment is a plus
