Packaging Helpers – 1st Shift (Cranbury, NJ)
Pay: $20/hr.
Schedule: 1st Shift | Full-Time | ASAP Start
We’re seeking hands-on Manufacturing Associates with experience supporting packaging or production operations in a regulated environment. This role is ideal for someone who’s familiar with batch record documentation, cleanroom or GMP protocols, and wants to grow in a structured manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of automated packaging equipment (bottle, blister, or cartoning lines).
- Work alongside Packaging Operators to ensure efficient line performance, proper component supply, and minimal downtime.
- Maintain line clearance and cleanliness in compliance with cGMP and FDA standards.
- Perform in-process quality checks to verify product and label accuracy.
- Complete all required documentation (batch records, logbooks) neatly and accurately.
- Follow strict gowning, hygiene, and cleanroom protocols.
- Support changeovers, cleaning, and basic equipment adjustments under supervision.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or production (pharma, biotech, or food preferred).
Familiarity with cGMP, SOPs, or batch records — at least a basic understanding/previous exposure.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand throughout the shift.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
