Type: 4 month contract-to-hire
We’re looking for a Bilingual Warehouse Lead to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and to grow alongside our company. This position is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, detail-oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish), and motivated to take on more responsibility as the company expands. You’ll lead a small team, drive performance through measurable results, and serve as the right-hand warehouse partner to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping
- Supervise and motivate a team of four warehouse members, fostering a positive and efficient environment
- Act as the right-hand warehouse partner to the leadership team, communicating updates and supporting operational goals
- Track and report on key warehouse KPIs including:
- Orders filled
- Output and productivity levels
- Error rate per week
- Maintain inventory accuracy using StoneMar’s custom software systems
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with carriers and customers
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (certification or prior experience required)
- Ensure a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment that meets OSHA and company standards
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize space, flow, and efficiency
- Support future scalability of operations as the company continues to grow
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of warehouse experience with increasing responsibility
- Proven ability to lead and coach a small team
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Forklift certified or able to operate forklifts safely and confidently
- Experience in construction materials, building products, or tile/distribution (preferred)
- Strong computer and technology skills — comfortable learning and using custom software
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to handle a fast-paced, evolving environment
