Senior HR Business Partner Job Description:
The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a key member of the organization's Human Resources team, leading a group of case managers who support employees with disabilities participating in the organization's vocational training and employment programs.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role blends leadership, coaching, and strategic decision-making to ensure the delivery of high-quality social services and employment support. The Senior HR Business Partner will handle escalated cases, develop staff capabilities, and help align team performance with organizational objectives—all while maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
Senior HR Business Partner Job Details:
Schedule: M–F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (In Office)
Pay Rate: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience
Status: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Location: Philadelphia, PA (occasional travel to Wyomissing office, 1–3 times per year)

Senior HR Business Partner Job Description:
- Lead and supervise a team of 10–15 case managers, providing mentorship, training, and performance management.
- Support case managers during onboarding and throughout their development journey.
- Handle escalated client cases and ensure timely, appropriate resolution.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of HR on organizational decisions and program strategy.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized employment and training plans for participants.
- Partner with Project Managers and other leaders to execute company initiatives and align business priorities.
- Travel to the Wyomissing, PA office 1–3 times per year to support local operations.
- Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity in all employee and client interactions.
Senior HR Business Partner Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Social Work, Human Resources, or a related area.
- 3–5 years of leadership experience, managing teams in a professional setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to balance business objectives with employee and client needs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience working in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment is preferred.
- Must demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment at all times.
