Keep Our Production Running – Join the Overnight Maintenance Team!
We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to the our overnight crew. This hands-on role is critical to keeping our plant machinery running safely, efficiently, and at peak performance. Pay: $26/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Overnight Shift)
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic machinery.
Troubleshoot and work with PLCs, controls, and sensors — interpret ladder logic and schematics accurately.
Perform preventive maintenance and recommend equipment improvements to boost reliability.
Install new machinery, wiring, and components as needed.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and occasional emergency calls.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all company standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setting (required).
Proficiency with Allen-Bradley PLCs (RSLogix 500/5000, FactoryTalk) — nonnegotiable requirement.
Strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits, three-phase wiring, relays, and PLC troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams — nonnegotiable requirement.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently during overnight shifts.
Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work comfortably in a production environment.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
