Quality Inspector Job Details:
Schedule: 2nd Shift 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM or 3rd Shift 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Pay Rate: $20.35 an hour

Quality Inspector Job Description:
The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring all products meet strict quality and safety standards. This includes performing visual and dimensional inspections, recording data, identifying nonconformances, and communicating findings with the production and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect parts and components using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation
Identify, tag, and report defective or nonconforming products
Communicate quality issues to supervisors and suggest corrective actions
Follow established procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance
Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
Quality Inspector Job Requirements:
Prior experience in manufacturing or quality inspection preferred
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
